If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
(c) Prepayment
Upon receiving your 50$ prepayment order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received.
After receiving the 50$ prepayment we lock the discount for you and you have 90 days to pay the remaining money to get an access to the full course. After these 90 days you will lose the right to purchase the course with the discount and prepayment will not be refunded to you.
(d) Full payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the money paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of products or services you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
When you receive access to products and services provided by INTDEV Academy Limited you are not able to get you money returned because we provide an electronic service.
(e) Refund
By making a payment, you are confirming your intention to purchase our services. We do not offer any refunds for the purchased service as we provide an electronic product. If for any reason you would like to make a refund, please contact us by mail info@smartwill.lv and we will make a decision on your case.
We do not refund prepayments on any case.
